Order Processing Times

Your goods are made in the order they are received. They are shipped from my home studio in Sydney, Australia.

Unless otherwise stated, all goods are made to order. I do not keep stock available. Your order will take 10-15 working days to make and pack. This does not include postage time. 

If there is any delay with your order, I will get in touch via email to let you know.

 

Shipping

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent which may include your tracking number, this may end up in your spam folder. 

Australia Post is used for all deliveries

Within Australia.

Small to medium parcel, banners, tea towel or one cushion, $10 with tracking.

Large parcel, two to three cushions $17 with tracking.

Three cushions $20 with tracking.

Express postage options are available at checkout.

International shipping.

New Zealand.

Small to medium parcel, banner, tea towel or one cushion, $17 with tracking.

Large parcel, two to three cushions $25 with tracking

Three cushions $39 with tracking.

Express postage options are available at checkout.

 

Everywhere else

At the moment I ship to Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, and United States

All international packages to these countries must be sent with tracking, the cost $27.

There are significant delays so please be patient for your order to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
